Sharp highlighted that the main obstacle to 4K content development lies in its high production costs. By the end of this year, Sharp plans to reduce the weight of their 8K video cameras from 40 kg to 5 kg, significantly lowering shooting costs and enabling more accessible 8K content creation.
Additionally, many are concerned about the bandwidth required for 8K video transmission. However, with the advent of 5G, the gap between 4G and 5G transmission speeds is expected to increase by 1000 times. Combining 5G with 8K will solve the issue of streaming high-quality content.
8K Will Change Human Life
4K represents the normal resolution of human vision, while 8K surpasses this by 4.3 times. This leap in visual clarity brings more than just improved picture quality.
