There Are Four Main Points in the Selection Principle:


1. Separation Purpose:

Primarily Used for Blood Sample Separation.


2. Speed Requirements:

The Maximum Rotational Speed When Separating Blood Is Generally 4000 RPM. For DNA Identification Sample Separation, the Maximum Speed Is Typically Above 10,000 RPM.


3. Capacity Requirements:

Refers to the Capacity of the Centrifuge Tube and the Maximum Number of Tubes That Can Be Placed at One Time.

It Is Commonly Used for Vacuum Blood Collection Tube Samples. There Are Two Specifications for Vacuum Blood Collection Tubes: 5mL and 7mL. The Outer Dimensions of the 5mL Tube (With Cap): Φ12.5 × 81.5mm. The 7mL Tube (With Cap): Φ12.5 × 107mm.


4. Temperature Control Requirements:

Refers to Whether Freezing Is Needed During Sample Separation. If Freezing Is Required, A Refrigerated Centrifuge Should Be Used. If Not, A Normal Temperature Centrifuge Can Be Chosen.
