Hard-core SUVs are designed for rugged adventures, but nowadays urban SUVs have become common. Occasionally, people take them out for some fun. Not long ago, I drove my city SUV off-road, and my Jeep Free Light was mistaken for a Wrangler. It's surprising how similar they look.

When it comes to space, there’s not much to say—it's decent for daily use. However, what really stands out is the handling. Since it's an SUV with some off-road capability, maneuverability plays a key role. The steering feels comfortable, doesn’t require too much effort, and the power delivery and gear shifts are smooth. Still, I felt the engine power wasn't as strong as I expected.

I didn’t dare to test the wading depth much. I tried about 30 centimeters in a river for a short time, but I didn’t go fast. I was pretty cautious, worried about breaking something serious. I guess the real off-roaders like the Wrangler wouldn’t care much about water—after all, they're built for that. The difference between the Jeep Free Light and the Wrangler seems to lie in their off-road capabilities.
