Air from the surrounding environment is drawn into a static pressure chamber by a multi-wing forward-curved fan through a pre-filter. It then passes through a high-efficiency filter before entering the work area at a uniform wind speed, effectively removing dust and contaminants to create a clean working environment. 2. The high-efficiency filter ensures that the air supplied to the workspace is free from bacteria and particulates, maintaining a sterile atmosphere essential for sensitive operations. 3. A UV germicidal lamp mounted on the diffuser plate helps eliminate any remaining bacteria in the workspace, further enhancing the cleanliness of the area. III. Technical Parameters: IV. Usage Instructions: 1. This equipment should be installed in an environment with a minimum cleanliness level of 10,000. 2. Before use, the workspace must be cleaned, and colony count and air velocity should be checked to ensure they meet the technical specifications. 3. After turning on the power, press the control panel switch to start the system. Adjust the airflow using the air volume button, setting it to a higher level before starting work and adjusting it as needed to achieve the desired wind speed. 4. Once the fan is running, allow the system to self-clean for 10–20 minutes before beginning work. During this time, the UV lamp should be turned on for disinfection. When working, the lighting can be activated as required. 5. After completing the task, turn off the power supply to the equipment. V. Maintenance: 1. Regularly check the purification efficiency, colony count, and airflow speed in the workspace every 3–6 months. 2. If the airflow decreases, inspect the pre-filter. If it appears dark or dirty, clean or replace the non-woven fabric to reduce resistance. 3. If the airflow still does not improve after cleaning or replacing the pre-filter, it may indicate that the high-efficiency filter is clogged. Adjust the fan speed to increase airflow if possible. 4. If the maximum airflow adjustment still fails to restore the desired wind speed, the high-efficiency filter must be replaced immediately. 5. When replacing the high-efficiency filter, ensure you select the correct type and align the arrow mark on the filter in the direction of airflow. 6. After replacing the filter, verify that the frame is sealed properly and conduct system testing to ensure all parameters meet the required standards before resuming normal operation. 7.
