1. Working Principle

Air is drawn into the static pressure chamber through a top or rear air filter and a low-noise centrifugal fan. It is then evenly distributed across the upper surface via a high-efficiency air filter, forming a horizontal or vertical air curtain that purifies the workspace. The adjustable fan allows for two-speed operation, and a touch-sensitive switch helps regulate the voltage to maintain ideal wind speed in the working area.

The unit features a tightly sealed shell made from imported medium-fiber sheets, ensuring long-term rust resistance. The workbench should be placed in a relatively clean room, ideally in a primary clean room of Class 100,000 or 300,000. Plug in the power and turn on the control panel. Before starting, clean the working area and outer casing thoroughly. After 10 minutes of operation, it can be used normally.

1. Clean or replace the pre-filter regularly, typically every 3–6 months. Failure to clean may reduce airflow and affect performance. 2. If wind speed is insufficient after cleaning or replacing the pre-filter, adjust the fan voltage to achieve the desired speed. 3. After 18 months of use, if the wind speed cannot be restored even at maximum voltage, the high-efficiency filter may be clogged and needs replacement. 4. When replacing the high-efficiency filter, ensure correct size, follow the arrow direction, and check the seal to prevent leakage.
