Working Principle
The unit operates by drawing air into a pressure tank through a top or rear filter and a low-noise centrifugal fan. This air is then evenly distributed across the upper section via a high-efficiency filter, creating a horizontal or vertical air curtain that effectively removes contaminants from the working area. Within five minutes of startup, the ambient air is transformed into a high-purity environment. The adjustable fan allows users to control air volume at two speeds, while a touch-sensitive switch regulates voltage to maintain optimal airflow and wind speed in the working zone.
Structural Features
The workbench features a robust construction with an imported medium-fiber shell that prevents rust over time. Installation and Usage
The workbench should be placed in a relatively clean room, preferably in a primary cleanroom of Class 100,000 or 300,000. After plugging in the power, turn on the control panel functions. Before starting, clean the working area and the outer casing thoroughly to remove any surface dust. Wait for 10 minutes after startup before beginning normal operation.
Maintenance
1. Regularly clean the pre-filter every 3–6 months to prevent dust buildup that could reduce performance.
2. If the desired airflow cannot be achieved after replacing or cleaning the pre-filter, adjust the fan voltage to maintain uniform wind speed.
3. After 18 months of use, if the maximum fan voltage still fails to achieve the desired airflow, it may indicate that the HEPA filter is clogged and needs replacement. Typically, HEPA filters last about 18 months.
4. When replacing the HEPA filter, ensure the correct size and orientation are used, and check the seal to avoid leakage.
