Self-made RC airplanes force high-speed rail! The test flight self-propelled HM lost control and forced the high-speed rail, the model owner has been detained and punished according to law.

It was reported by the Beijing Railway Police that a man from Hebei attempted to fly a model aircraft near a high-speed rail line, causing a major disruption. The incident led to the high-speed train being delayed for over 20 minutes after the model plane fell onto the tracks. According to the Beijing Railway Bureau police, flying kites or model airplanes near railway lines is illegal and poses a serious threat to the safety of high-speed trains. Those who violate these rules may face fines or even detention. In this specific case, Pang Mou, a villager from Hebei, was trying to test-fly a self-propelled model airplane near the Qinglongshan high-speed rail section when the aircraft lost control and crashed onto the Beijing-Qinhuangdao line. This caused the high-speed train G2604 to stop, resulting in a 22-minute delay. As a result, Pang has been administratively detained by the railway police and will also be fined. The Beijing Railway Public Security Bureau reminded the public that national laws strictly prohibit raising low-altitude objects like kites or balloons within 500 meters on either side of the railway. Additionally, it's forbidden to conduct mining, quarrying, or blasting activities within 1,000 meters of the railway. Any actions that damage protective facilities, enter enclosed areas, or throw objects onto the tracks are also strictly prohibited. Violators can face administrative penalties or even criminal charges if their actions endanger train operations or passenger safety. This incident serves as a clear warning that playing with model planes near railways is not only reckless but also illegal. It’s important for everyone to be aware of the risks and follow the regulations to ensure the safety of all travelers.
