With Push-in connection technology, you can connect conductors easily – both directly and without tools, insert forces reduced by 50%. it is suitable for various applications. Insert rigid conductors or conductors with ferrules from 0.25mm² into the conductor shaft. The contact spring opens automatically and provides the required pressure force against the current bar.
When installing smaller conductors from 0.14mm², use a standard screwdriver to push the orange button and actuate the contact spring.
Push-in Connection have test and passed various certificates. For example, Vibration resistance in accordance with railway standard DINEN50155,shock and corrosion resistance in accordance with current shipbuilding registers.

[High School Annual Meeting] Mingwei Electronics Li Zhaohua: IC power makes landscape lighting and general lighting simple and clear
Mingwei Electronics has been dedicated to the development of linear IC power supplies in Shenzhen for several years, making significant progress in both indoor and outdoor lighting applications.
On the afternoon of December 22nd, the "High-tech domestic power supply ideally shines into reality" event officially kicked off at the 2017 High-tech LED Annual Conference. This marked a major step forward in the integration of advanced power solutions into real-world lighting systems.
In the first keynote speech of the event, Li Zhaohua, General Manager of Mingwei Electronics, presented a talk titled “IC Power for Landscape Lighting and General Lighting.†During his presentation, Mr. Li shared insights on how linear IC solutions have transformed both general and landscape lighting, offering greater efficiency, flexibility, and reliability.

LED lighting has long been a focus in the industry, with both indoor and outdoor lighting standards evolving from traditional switching power supplies to more advanced solutions. As customer demands have become more concentrated, many are now facing cost challenges in selecting the most suitable power supply options.
For landscape lighting, government support has been strong, especially in urban and outdoor lighting projects. In particular, the construction sector sees significant investment, with local governments allocating nearly 10 billion yuan annually. In Shenzhen alone, the budget is expected to reach 80-90 billion yuan next year. This includes high-power outdoor lighting, intelligent RGB systems, and other advanced features that enhance the visual experience of cities.
While general lighting is also moving toward a more situational and immersive approach, there are still gaps in current solutions. Outdoor high-power lighting is now seen as a key component of landscape illumination, combining functionality with aesthetics.
Mr. Li Zhaohua noted that even basic lighting sources like 800-lumen bulbs were once a challenge to perfect. A few years ago, at an industry conference, the focus was on simplifying designs. Now, with mass production, the market has entered a "Red Sea" phase, where competition is fierce, especially in 2018.
To stand out, Mr. Li emphasized the importance of versatility, particularly in dimming technologies. He pointed out that linear IC solutions make dimming easier and more efficient. With evolving customer needs, the goal is to achieve the best dimming performance using minimal components, reducing costs and increasing reliability. Many big companies are now focusing on linear solutions.
In outdoor landscape lighting, especially for high-power applications, simplicity remains key. According to Mr. Li, many large firms are adopting linear solutions. Mingwei's linear power supply solution for 200W or even 300W systems achieves over 93% efficiency, demonstrating its effectiveness in real-world applications.
Looking ahead, Mingwei Electronics is exploring dimming and color control in outdoor linear power solutions. As smart control interfaces become simpler and more user-friendly, the reliability of power supplies is also improving, meeting the growing expectations of end-users.
Regarding intelligent lighting, Mr. Li expressed optimism. He believes that 2018 will mark the beginning of a new era for smart lighting, which is currently in its early stages. Once integrated with platforms like Alibaba or WeChat, smart lighting will become a seamless part of daily life, transforming how we interact with our environments.
With continuous innovation and a strong focus on customer needs, Mingwei Electronics is well-positioned to lead the future of intelligent and efficient lighting solutions.
