Break through the bottleneck and accelerate the popularization of LED backlight

In the LED package, there are some bottlenecks in the field of lighting and backlighting. Gong Weibin, general manager of Ruifeng Optoelectronics pointed out that LED lighting has higher power and higher requirements for heat dissipation and light decay; while backlighting is mainly for consistency requirements. From the packaging materials, it can be seen that the thermal resistance of the chip substrate material and the solid crystal material becomes the bottleneck of the thermal resistance of the high-power LED assembly. He also cited the advantages of eutectic flip-chip technology. He believes that the eutectic process will greatly improve the reliability of the high-power LED components due to the reduction of the overall thermal resistance for high-power LEDs. LED light color online measurement and control system application

Is the EMC mode feasible?

With the rise of LED lighting, the state's support for the development of EMC, EMC is feasible to become the focus of discussion in the industry.

Chen Bin, general manager of Zhonglong Transportation Technology Co., Ltd. said that the implementation of the EMC model means that LED manufacturers have to take into account two roles, one is the product manufacturer and the other is the service provider. It is not yet clear whether the EMC model is profitable under current energy-saving conditions. For non-profit organizations like the street lighting management department, it is a mistake to achieve profitability through non-profit work.

Chen Bin believes that role change is also a problem for EMC. Calculating the annual maintenance cost of high-pressure sodium lamps into EMC's savings means changing the role of the manufacturer, from product manufacturers to service providers.

Chen Bin also pointed out the problems in the implementation of the EMC model of energy-saving audit and fund payment process. He believes that the energy-saving audit lacks authoritative certification, and the payment model has no clear policy provisions, and the risk is relatively high.

Chen Bin said that the EMC model is only a phased phenomenon in the development of LED lighting, and it is unlikely to become the mainstream model for LED lighting promotion in the future.

How to improve the reliability of LED products

How to improve the quality of lamps and reduce costs

The areas where LED applications are concentrated are mostly concentrated areas of the LED industry. The large-scale application of lamps is still dominated by the government. Road lighting dynamic measurement method

At present, road lighting measurement is mainly measured by the point method, but this method has many limitations in practical use.
