Humaneyes Technologie announced the introduction of Vuze into the 360-degree camera market on the eve of last year's CES 2016 conference. Now that we have ushered in the CES 2017 conference, the company has just announced the official launch date of the product: March 7, 2017.

The company will begin accepting consumer pre-orders for VUZE ($800) in May this year. This VUZE camera is equipped with 8 full HD lenses and can shoot 4K resolution 360-degree video. Its software, VUZE Studio, allows users to easily process and edit content and operate in near real-time with the click of a button.

In addition to the release date, Humaneyes Technologies announced a partnership with the two companies, respectively. The first is 3D audio vendor VisiSonics, adding 3D audio capabilities to Humaneyes VR Studio; the second is WakingApp (their ENTiTi allows zero-based users to create AR/VR content), providing editing capabilities for non-programmers.

Jim Malcolm, general manager of Humaneyes Technologies, said: "Vuze cameras will lead to the emergence of user-generated VR content, which will stimulate the popularity of VR head-mounted. The owners of these VR heads can now create an immersive 3D-360 VR experience. Complete advanced 3D audio and AR integration, all without the need to learn complex computer programming languages."

First, the Humaneyes VR Studio software will include VisiSonics' RealSpace 360 ​​Cinema's 3D audio capabilities. This solution can provide true source orientation, distance, depth, and perception relative to the listener's location. In addition, it will use VisiSonics software to convert Vuze microphone recordings to high-fidelity audio and video.
