Sixteen die NAND flash memory born: single capacity 64GB In order to achieve higher capacity, current NAND flash memory chips usually use the MCP (multi-chip package) form to integrate multiple die, but the process and technology are limited. Generally, there are only two or four die in each flash memory. Eight of them are extremely rare, and the Canadian company MOSAID Technologies announced today that they have trial production of the world's first NAND flash chip in a stunning 16-die package, allowing them to operate harmoniously in a high-performance channel.

This flash adopts MOSAID's exclusive HLNAND MCP technology, using two HyperLink NAND interfaces to put together up to 16 industry-standard 32Gb (4GB) NAND Flash dies, a total capacity of 64GB, and a single-byte-width HLNAND The interface channel output bandwidth is 333MB/s, synchronous read/write data rate is 667MB/s, and the other voltage is 1.8V. The low-power, full-independent logic unit number (LUN) operates without termination resistors.

The flash memory is packaged in a 100-ball BGA with a length and width of only 18 x 14 mm.

With traditional MCP packaging techniques, stacking of more than four NAND die can severely affect performance and require two or more channels to achieve similar throughput bandwidth.

Smart down light with both warm light and RGB colorful light, it can meet the daily lighting and ambient lighting, high efficiency and energy saving, light source is stable and without strobe. Three color temperatures can be choosed for white lighting, 3000K, 4000K and 65000K. The color, brightness and RGB lighting auto-cycle mode can be controlled on the App. Three sizes of down lights for customer`s choice, small , middle and big sizes can meet different requirements, and the installation is very easy.
