There are various ways to increase the heat dissipation of LED display screens. There are different considerations for heat dissipation according to the size of the power and the place of use. The following is introduced from eight aspects.

1. Air hydrodynamics, using the shape of the lamp shell to create convection air, which is the lowest cost method of enhanced heat dissipation.

2. Fan heat dissipation. Long-life and high-efficiency fans are used to enhance heat dissipation inside the lamp housing. This method is more commonly used. This method has low cost and good effect.

3. The use of aluminum heat dissipation fins, which is the most common heat dissipation method, uses aluminum heat dissipation fins as part of the housing to increase the heat dissipation area.

4. Radiation heat dissipation treatment on the surface. Radiation heat dissipation treatment is performed on the surface of the lamp housing. The simpler method is to apply a radiation heat dissipation paint, which can take the heat away from the surface of the lamp housing by radiation.

5. Heat pipe heat dissipation, using heat pipe technology to guide the heat from the LED display chip to the heat sink fins of the housing. This method is also used in large lamps, such as LED street lights.

6. Thermally conductive plastic shell, filling the thermal conductive material of the plastic shell during injection molding, so as to increase the thermal conductivity and heat dissipation capacity of the plastic shell.

7. The liquid bulb packaging technology is used to fill the transparent bulb with high thermal conductivity into the bulb of the lamp body.

8. Heat conduction and heat dissipation integration-the use of high heat conduction ceramics, the purpose of heat dissipation of the lamp housing is to reduce the operating temperature of the LED display chip. Because the expansion coefficient of the LED chip is very different from that of our usual metal heat conduction and heat dissipation materials, it cannot be The LED chip is directly soldered to prevent the high and low temperature thermal stress from damaging the LED display chip.

Effectively increasing the heat dissipation of the LED display can save electricity and improve the service life of the LED display.
