Upper cloth: The upper cloth is the base cloth wrapped around the big roll when the base cloth is replaced, and it is replaced once in the first half of the year. When the cloth is clothed, only the large roller drive is needed. At this time, the X1 and X3 terminals of the large roller drive are closed, and the X2 terminal is disconnected. The speed of the upper cloth is adjusted by the speed potentiometer.

Into the cloth: Into the cloth is to squeeze the steam cloth in the bottom cloth wrapped around the big roll, then the small roller frequency converter X1 and X3 terminal is closed, X2 terminal is disconnected, run in line speed mode, the cloth speed from speed The potentiometer is set and passed to the big roller inverter through the actual line speed of AO1 output; the X1 terminal of the big roller frequency converter is closed, the X2 and X3 terminals are disconnected, and it runs in the tension winding mode. The size of the tension on the cloth comes from PLC tension given control.

Out of the fabric: When the cloth is released, the rollers rotate in the opposite direction to remove the steamed cloth and wrap the back cloth around the small roller. At this time, the X1 and X3 terminals of the small roller drive are disconnected, and the X2 terminal is closed to close the tension. Roll mode operation, the size of the tension on the cloth is controlled by the tension from the PLC, the small roller inverter is transmitted to the big roller inverter through the actual line speed of AO1 output; the X2 and X3 terminals of the big roller inverter are closed, and the X1 terminal is disconnected , Operate in line speed mode, the cloth speed is set by the speed given potentiometer.

The X1 terminal of the output drive is closed in speed mode and the speed is set by the speed reference potentiometer.

1. If abnormal alarms such as alarms or faults occur during the operation, you must remove the abnormalities and close the "Reset" terminal of the corresponding inverter to clear the alarm before continuing.

2. The output of the alarm dry node in the figure is the normally open contact of the relay. If you want to use the normally closed contact, change the TA to TB.

3. Before starting the cloth and other operations, you must first check and adjust the rotation direction of the motor, and then the wiring direction of the encoder. Refer to the notes in function codes P2.37 and P2.45 for the adjustment principle. In this case, it is assumed that the rotation direction of the large and small rolls when the frequency converter is rotating is the direction needed to feed the cloth. It is recommended to set this assumption.
