5. Bidder's basic qualification requirements:

6. Other major qualification requirements:
6.1 Requirements The bidder must process the catalytic cracker regeneration flue gas and the internal components of the flue gas denitrification device of the coal-fired boiler, including the ammonia injection grille, the rectifier grille and the deflector (provide a clear and identifiable copy of the contract)
6.2 1 The ammonia injection grid shall ensure uniform mixing of flue gas and ammonia gas. The deviation of NH3 distribution at the entrance of the catalyst bed of the first layer of the denitration reactor is less than ± 5%, and the ammonia slip is less than 1.0 mg/Nm3. 2 The deflector shall ensure that the smoke flow field is uniform and stable, and the flue gas is in a laminar state. (3) The rectifier grille shall ensure that the flue gas flow at the inlet of the catalyst bed of the denitration reactor is stable and the flow field is distributed uniformly. The absolute velocity deviation of the flue gas at the entrance of the first layer of the denitrification reactor is less than ±10%, and the flue gas flow is perpendicular to the bed. Flow deviation is less than ±10°.
6.3 The bidder shall provide complete sets of equipment to take over the flange and its mating flanges, gaskets and bolts.
6.4 The nozzles of the equipment are flanged, and the flanges and sealing surfaces are made of SH3406-2013 "Petrochemical Steel Pipe Flanges".
6.5 The service life of the ammonia injection grille, deflector and rectifier grille is not less than 20 years.
6.6 Smooth and normal operation, no impact, vibration and abnormal noise.
6.7 All purchased parts and collaborating parts must have a certificate of conformity and they can be assembled only after being inspected by the inspection department.
6.8 The material of the part is qualified. Otherwise, the bidder shall provide the qualification certificate of the qualified third party for testing and testing.
6.9 Affirmation documents for the stable operation of ammonia-sprayed grids, rectification grids and deflectors in catalytic cracking flue gas denitration units for more than 2 years.
