For hybrid applications, the capacitors can be equipped with a conductive epoxy termination (termination code "E"), enhancing their versatility. The VJ X8R series offers a voltage rating of 100V, with capacitance values ranging from 470pF to 390nF. The temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) is ±15% across a wide operating range of -55°C to +150°C. These capacitors are RoHS compliant, free from halogens, and meet Vishay’s “green†environmental standards, making them a sustainable choice for modern electronics design.
