It can cover a wide operating voltage range of 7V-40V, providing a competitive process solution for the design of power management ICs. .

Based on a large amount of simulation and tape-out data, the third-generation 0.18-micron BCD process of CR Shanghua optimizes the structure of high-voltage devices and achieves the industry-leading comprehensive performance. Among them, the breakdown voltage of 30V nLDMOS reaches 50V, and the on-resistance is only 15 mohm*mm^2. Compared with the second-generation 0.18-micron BCD process, the quality factor (Ron*Qg) index is optimized by 25%. The new-generation BCD process platform provides a wide range of parasitic devices such as BJT, Poly resistor, Zener, and SBD, as well as ESD protection solutions for different operating voltages. At present, customers in mobile phones, security monitoring, consumer electronics and other fields have introduced products on this platform, and the device performance has been unanimously recognized by many customers at home and abroad.
